You can benefit as such sessions can be helpful to address concerns about your health developments.
Additionally, Soul Medicine offers are Intuitive and Spiritual Counseling services. Have you reached a point of feeling depressed or anxious about something occurring in your life around you? Or are you looking to change something that is happening or to modify or transmute a pattern that continues to show up? Knowing or feeling your blocks will greatly assist you to be more conscious of your choices and therefore able to take greater responsibility for your life! These are available as private or group sessions.
By practicing yoga and linking it with our breath, we can cultivate a deep sense of inner peace, relieve our bodies of physical discomfort, mental dis-ease, release chronic stress, and prevent and remedy chronic injuries. Our yoga classes can be taken in person or virtually. We offer Yoga for anyone at any level. Our classes include Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Gentle Yoga, Any Level Yoga, and some classes have meditation sessions beforehand.
